everything very good, staff helpful and polite. Only problem was one ski had a fracture which necessitated a replacement halfway thru the week. I would use them again.

The website was very user friendly and helpful when booking equipment. The shop I hired form was very average - they spoke no english so were not very friendly or helpful and I experienced some extremely rude staff members. the equipment overall was ok, pretty basic, boots were comfortable but desperately needed a clean from their last rental (absolutely stunk) and the board was ok but very worn.

Bjr je suis vraiment satisfait du service.
Le magasin est assez grand facile a trouver( se situe en bas des telesieges de super chatel). le materiel est identique aux autres loueurs traditionnels.
Arrivez la bas vous devez faire la queue comme tout le monde pour essayer vos chaussures et ensuite vous donnez la feuille de reservation, et c fini. on vous donne vos skis et batons selon la reservation et le magasin prend une marque de la carte bleue au nom de la reservation sur internet (nom sur la feuille de reservation recue par mail).
En fait le magasin c un sport 2000 dc c rassurant en plus. J ai oublie, une chose , si vous desirez prendre une assurance volet/ou casse( inutile a mon sens) pour les skis, ils le proposent sur place.
profitez des remise de fous car c vraiment un bon plan.
je le repete je suis vraiment ravi de ce service propose par location de ski moins cher.
